Service Description

This class is the perfect opportunity for my local clients to get together and have a sleep consultant teach them sleep training methods that will help them implement sleep changes in their own lives. This in person class will include: - An in depth questionnaire sent to you one week before the class for you to fill out. This will delve deeply into your current issues and what is going on for you and your Little Darling - A 120 minute in person class where I will go over the methods you will use to implement sleep changes at home independently. ** Current Class Schedule** Saturday 23rd September 2023: 10am-12pm at Alf & Co. - Mapperley
