Welcome to Hush Little Darling
Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about working with me, plus a clear summary of my key business policies. These ensure you know exactly what to expect — from booking to bedtime success.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
What services do you offer?
I offer a range of sleep support options to suit different family needs and budgets:

1:1 Sleep Support Packages (Baby, Toddler, and Junior — Silver, Gold & Platinum)

Dream Team (my 4-week group sleep program)

Dream Hub (monthly membership for ongoing support)

Sleep Rescue Call (a one-off, 30-minute consultation)
When does support start?
For 1:1 programs, your support begins on the date of your consultation.
For Dream Team and Dream Hub, your access starts from your cohort or membership start date.
What if I need to reschedule my consultation?
Life with little ones is unpredictable — I completely understand.
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment.
If you miss your session without notice, that slot will be forfeited.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Can I get a refund?
Because each plan is fully personalised to your child, refunds cannot be issued once a sleep plan has been written or a consultation has taken place.
For Dream Team, Dream Hub, and Sleep Rescue Calls, refunds are not available once access or the call has started or 48 prior.
What if I change my mind after booking?
If you haven’t yet completed your questionnaire or received your plan, please contact me within 48 hours of booking and I’ll review your options with you.
What if I need to pause my support?
You can pause once for up to 7 days if needed.
After that, your plan will be closed and support will end.
If you don’t begin your plan within 30 days of your consultation, the service is considered complete and non-refundable.
ABOUT THE APPROACH
Will there be crying?
Yes — some crying is a normal and expected part of your little one learning new sleep skills.
I use responsive self-settling methods such as gradual retreat or interval check-ins, which are designed to support your baby while encouraging independent sleep.
This approach will always be discussed with you before starting so you feel informed and confident.
Is your advice medical?
No. My services are behavioural and educational, not medical.
I always recommend checking with your GP for any medical concerns before starting a sleep plan.
DREAM TEAM & DREAM HUB
What’s included in Dream Team?
Dream Team is a 4-week group sleep program that includes:

One live session with me

Weekly Q&A support in a private WhatsApp group

Access to a supportive community of parents on the same journey
As Dream Team is a digital group program, refunds are not available once access has been granted.
What’s included in Dream Hub?
Dream Hub is a monthly membership offering:

Monthly group calls

Exclusive member-only resources

Access to a private parent community
You can cancel your membership at any time via your account or by emailing gemma@hushlittledarling.com.
Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period. Partial refunds are not available.
SLEEP RESCUE CALLS
How long do I have to use my call?
Rescue Calls must be booked and taken within 30 days of purchase.
If you miss your call without at least 48 hours’ notice, it will be forfeited.
1:1 SUPPORT PROGRAMS
What’s included in my 1:1 plan?
Depending on your package (Silver, Gold, or Platinum), your plan includes:

A personalised sleep plan tailored to your child

Scheduled support calls

Sleep log reviews (checked up to 3x daily, six days per week)

Optional WhatsApp support (Platinum only)
When does support end?
Silver programs last 2 weeks, Gold and Platinum programs last 3 weeks.
All follow-up calls must be used within your support window — unused calls cannot be carried over.
What if I don’t follow the plan exactly?
Your results depend on consistency. If the plan or support guidance is not followed as advised, this may affect your progress.
I cannot take responsibility for results if the plan is not implemented as recommended.
DATA & PRIVACY
How is my data stored?
All data is handled securely and in line with UK GDPR and my Privacy Policy.
Sensitive details (such as your child’s health or sleep patterns) are used only to prepare your plan and are never shared or sold.
How long do you keep my information?
Client data is kept for up to 7 years for insurance and record-keeping purposes.
You can request deletion sooner by emailing gemma@hushlittledarling.com.

All client communication spaces (including WhatsApp, Dream Team, and Dream Hub) must remain respectful and supportive.
