HUSH LITTLE DARLING — TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Hush Little Darling Sleep.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline how my services operate and the conditions that apply when you book, purchase, or participate in any Hush Little Darling program, consultation, or membership.
Please read them carefully before proceeding.
By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you understand and accept them.
ABOUT HUSH LITTLE DARLING
Hush Little Darling Sleep is the trading name of Gemma Reynolds, Certified Baby and Child Sleep Consultant.
Services are designed to support parents and caregivers with common sleep challenges for babies and young children.
All guidance provided is informational and educational, not medical. You should always consult your GP or healthcare professional about any health or feeding concerns before starting any sleep plan or changes.
SERVICES COVERED BY THESE TERMS
These Terms apply to all Hush Little Darling services:

1:1 Sleep Coaching Packages (Baby, Toddler & Junior – Silver, Gold, Platinum)

Dream Team (Group Program)

Dream Hub (Membership)

Sleep Rescue Calls / Existing Client Support Calls
BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS
3.1 Payment
-
Full payment must be received at least 72 hours before any consultation or program start date.

If payment is not received within that timeframe, your booking may be rescheduled or cancelled.
3.2 Cancellations & Refunds
-
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your scheduled consultation: 100% refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours: 50% refund only. If the questionnaire and sleep plan has been created then no refund.

Once your consultation has taken place or a custom sleep plan has been created, no refunds will be given.

For Rescue Calls or Support Calls, at least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel, otherwise the session will be forfeited.

For Dream Team and Dream Hub, payments are non-refundable once access to materials, WhatsApp groups, or sessions has been provided.
3.3 Delays & Pauses

If you choose to delay starting your plan after your consultation or plan creation, you must begin within 30 days or your support will expire.

You may pause your support once for up to 7 days during your support period. After 7 days, the plan will be considered complete and new support will require a paid add-on.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure success and safety:

You agree to follow safe sleep practices aligned with Lullaby Trust / NHS / SIDS recommendations.

You confirm that your child has no medical condition preventing safe sleep training.

You agree to disclose any relevant health information before and during support.

You understand that all methods involve responsive self-settling — such as gradual retreat or interval check-ins — and that crying is a normal part of the adjustment process.

You understand that success depends on consistency and adherence to the plan; if the plan or advice is not followed, results cannot be guaranteed, and Hush Little Darling accepts no responsibility for the outcome.
CONSULTATION STRUCTURE & SUPPORT
Silver Packages (2 weeks):

60-minute consultation

Personalised written plan

3x 15-minute support calls

Daily sleep log support (checked 3x daily, 6 days/week)
Gold Packages (2 weeks):

60-minute consultation
-
Personalised written plan

5x 15-minute support calls
-
Sleep log support as above
Platinum Packages (3 weeks):

60/90-minute consultation
-
Personalised written plan

6x 15-minute support calls

Sleep log support as above

WhatsApp group access for the duration
Dream Team:
-
4-week group program including one 90-minute live Zoom, personalised plan, and weekly WhatsApp Q&A.

No daily 1:1 support provided.
Dream Hub:
-
Monthly membership including weekly WhatsApp Q&A and a monthly group call.

Subscription renews monthly unless cancelled prior to renewal.
Sleep Rescue Call / Existing Client Call:
-
One-off 30-minute telephone consultation.
-
48 hours’ notice required for cancellation or reschedule.
All support calls must be used within your active support period and cannot be carried over or exchanged for other services.
COMMUNICATION & OFFICE HOURS
-
Office hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (UK)

Sleep log checked 3x daily, 6 days/week (no Sunday coverage).

Messages received after hours or on Sundays will be responded to on the next working day.
LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER
Hush Little Darling Sleep provides sleep education and support for parents.
All guidance is based on behavioural and environmental techniques, not medical intervention.

I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
-
You remain responsible for your child’s health, wellbeing, and safety.
-
Results vary depending on consistency, environment, and adherence to the plan.

By engaging with Hush Little Darling, you acknowledge that results cannot be guaranteed.
DATA & PRIVACY
Your personal data is handled in accordance with the Hush Little Darling Privacy Policy, available here.
All client information, sleep logs, and communications are stored securely and confidentially.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All written materials, guides, plans, and programs remain the intellectual property of Hush Little Darling and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed to others without written permission.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by UK law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
